General Terms
By purchasing my services (art), you automatically agree to the following conditions.
When purchasing Digital goods and/or services, shipping is not required.
When purchasing Physical goods and/ or services all packages are insured and will be delivered via USPS and you will be responsible for all shipping costs. All shipped goods will come with an insured tracking number. Any lost packages will not be my liability. Please contact your local post office if you are missing a package. Should any goods come damaged, please contact me immediately to work it out. If a replacement is decided, you are responsible for shipping out the damaged product and pay for the replacement's shipping costs.
I have the right to decline a commission for any reason.
Rush fees are at least + 25% of the commission, so please discuss the details with me prior to commissioning.
I will send work in progress screenshots, so please do not rush me. I will keep you updated on commission status.
Commercial commission is 2x the price of non-commercial.
When working on any form of Live2D projects, I will only be responsible in providing art assets and modeling; I am not responsible to help with setting up your streaming or face-rig programs.
If problems such as health, work, family issues, etc. occur you will be notified.
I will not give a refund if you aren't satisfied with the finished piece(s), however, I will make revisions if the fault is on me.
For Digital goods, you will receive the full version with and without a watermark once completed via email. You will be responsible for saving the image.
Prices are subject to change anytime.

Refunds, Payment, & Cancellation
I only accept Square. All prices are in USD ($).
Square fee is included in the price of the commission.
A Square INVOICE will be sent to you once all details are discussed and agreed on.
Payment can be paid upfront, if not, it is REQUIRED after the sketch is approved (Signature will be posted on the sketch.)
Once payment has been made, I do not accept refunds or chargebacks.
You can cancel the commission if payment has not been made yet and if I did not start the piece yet.
If I have not started on your commission after 3 months, you may ask for a refund.
If for any reason your credit card account malfunctions or authorizes a refund request without your knowledge, you must contact me as soon as possible in order to resolve the issue.
Copyright and Usage
I, the artist, reserve all rights to the artwork. Therefore, I can use your piece (not full res) to promote myself on any social media platforms, put on my banner, my portfolio, speed-paints, business cards, etc. with credit to the owner.
I may stream the process of the commission piece on my twitch channel.
I will not use your piece for any commercial purposes.
You may use the commission for any social media profile pictures, wallpapers, etc. as long as you credit me.
You may print the commission for PERSONAL use only.
You may not modify, distribute, post the piece to any blockchain related network, or claim my artwork as your own. You and/or your partner(s) may NOT use this work for anything AI training related.
You are not allowed to edit, trace, or modify my art unless stated so.
You are not allowed to make profit off my art or use as a promotion unless it's a commercial commission.

A: I ship both domestically and internationally, as long as USPS can send mail to your country. Please check the USPS website to see if your country’s postal service is accepting international mail.Q: How much does shipping cost?
A: Shipping costs differs depending on you have ordered. Domestic shipping for $5 - $17. While international $14 - $26. Please be aware that you may have to pay a customs fee when your package arrives in your country. Packages are shipped via USPS First Class Mail.Q: When will my order arrive?
A:Domestic orders should arrive 3-5 days after receiving your shipping notification. International orders can take around 1-3 months depending on where you are in the world. Please note that covid related delays are still affecting shipment times, especially for international orders.If you have not received your order after 6 weeks, please contact me with the name and tracking number on your order.Q: When will ________ be restocked?
A: Items will be restocked in the next seasonal shop update. Some items may be removed or discontinued after a season due to difficulties sourcing the same material, or if I have decided to retire a design.
